Happy Birthday Trent!!!!!

My baby is 2!!!! I can't believe it.....he is sooooo big. I love my little boy. He loves cars and dinosaurs ohhh and fighting with his big sister!!! He chases us around the house roaring and he loves to cuddle. I love to hear him say "hold me", "I'm sleeping", "luv you", "no...sissy" and many other things. His favorite foods are hot dogs and meatballs. He asks for hotdogs morning, afternoon and night.....but he will eat pretty much anything we fix him. We had a small birthday with family at our house.

Aunt DD made a dump truck cake as Trent requested and he loved it...there was a matching balloon too!

We got him a John Deere tractor with the help of MawMaw and PawPaw(thank you for getting the battery and taking care of that) he was slow in getting the hang of it but just the other day he rode it all the way to the park!

On another note:

I am enjoying my few weeks off from school to spend with the family! I finished this semester with an 87 and am very happy with that! I have a few weeks off and am loving it! 1 semester down 3 to go. Thank you to all that have helped me through this semester!

October Fun!

This month has gone so fast. Kacey is growing up! She is 100% potty trained now.....it only took about a month or more of trying. She has had 3 accidents but I am pretty sure she's got it now. Since Trent's one poop in the potty he has had no interest in it.

Trent is talking so much and I am getting a little baby crazy but school is just to much right now to have another. I baby him so much but he is resisting. Now he tells me "I TOLD GYOU" all the time whether he is right or wrong. It's funny.

We went to the pumpkin patch on a cold and muddy day and on top of that my camera battery ran out so I only have a few pictures. I was so upset I couldn't get good pic's this year. They had fun...the hay ride was the big hit and we had to wait along time in line because the tractor kept getting stuck in the mud.

Halloween was a blast. Kacey was a pink superwoman and Trent was superman. She wore hers a lot and loved it but Trent on the other hand cried every time I put it on. We trick or treated in our neighborhood with the Lewis family and they really got Trent and Kacey into it. They did get a little scared with the people pretending to be dummies and moving when they got closer so Trent stayed in the wagon and Kacey had to be held after that! I can't believe how much candy they got.

Update Finally!!!!

August 11th: Happy Birthday Kacey!!!! I can' t believe she is 3. On the day of her birthday we went to Chuck E Cheese with all of her cousins and had a great time.

That weekend we had a family swim party. She had a ton of fun and got way to many toys.

I started nursing school and it is very hard and time consuming. I miss my kiddos but am lucky to have such great family and friends that are supporting and helping me. It is so hard leaving them. Kacey doesn't seem to care so much but my little guy is so hard to leave. He cries and it just pulls on the heart strings.

The tests are so hard and after every test I just lay in bed and turn on Dora. I am just so drained. After my second test in the middle of Sept. I was laying in bed and Trent ran in and said "Mommy poop!" I looked over the bed and he had taken his diaper and pants off. Wow...he must have really wanted me out of bed cause I jumped up. I was ready for the worst. I looked every where and he just kept saying "Poop...Poop....Poop!" then he pointed and he had pooped in Kacey's little potty. I was amazed...to say the least. He was only 18months.....so I was happy to go buy him cute little undies and enjoy the thought of him being potty trained before Kacey.....but of course that would be to good to be true....he hasn't sat in the potty since.

Kacey is now getting the whole potty training thing and does well but it's hard when I don't spend everyday with her. I am going broke bribing her... Today she sat on the pot 3 times till she squeezed a poop to get a toy every time. "Toy for poop and treat for pee!", She tells Trent all the time.

Oh I also celebrated my 30th Birthday at Thunderbird with family and friends it was so much fun!

Just yesterday Mark was diagnosed with Swine flu so it has been a hard long weekend. He is doing good and is quarantined in the back bedroom. He can't go to work til Wed per Dr orders. Craziness.

I think I've covered it and I need to post more often. Time is going so fast I am going to forget so I need to post.

This summer has just flown by.  We are having a ton of fun.  I start nursing school in less than a month and am nervous about not seeing my kids as much.  It breaks my heart.  They are so attached mainly Trent and I love that and I don't want to lose that.  Kacey will love the change of pace and is always anxious to say goodbye to me.  With the fear is also excitement.  I will be doing something I hope I will love and it will be great for my kids in the long run.  I just hate missing things with them.  It will be hard.

Movie time in the playroom....they were being soooooo sweet!
PawPaw and the kiddos on a walk...they were chasing the rabbits.
Trent loves watering my flowers....they are much more maintenance than I expected.
MawMaw and PawPaw had b-days this month and the kids decorated a cake for them.  Trent was so talented and pushed M&M's all the way in the middle for a filling kind of!  It was a pretty cake with fingerprints and all.....they loved it and it tasted mmmmhh...mmmmhhhh as Trent would say after every lick.
What a ham....he was sleeping till I brought the camera out! Sometimes they can be so sweet to each other.

Friends over that's always fun.  We need a bigger pool!

We went to Sea World for 2 days.  The first day with MawMaw, PawPaw and Baranie and the second with Daddy and Baranie.  We had a blast.  They ran out of strollers so Trent hitched a ride with MawMaw the first day.  Baranie got to feed the dolphins.  The kids loved the shows....Believe was there favorite...we saw it twice.  However the second showing we let Baranie pick the seats and we were in the splash zone.  We got soaked with cold salt water...the kids cried but they won't forget it.  Kacey is still talking about it.
Livi Lu and Kacey are the best of friends and practically inseparable.  I am so glad that I have so many Brothers and sisters and that now our kids can be the best of friends!
Ok...we need a bigger pool!

MawMaw made the cutest dress for Kacey and a matching doll dress.  She loved it.

Summer already!

Time is really flying!  My classes ended in early May and we have been constantly going.  I got accepted to Nursing school at Grayson County College and will be done in 2 years so I am trying to fit everything in with the kids.  We went to the Fort Worth zoo with Aunt Net and cousin Louie.  The kids were surprisingly great and lasted a good 3 and a half hours.  The exhibits were so close.  I think the primates were the kids favorite.  They were teasing each other and playing tag.  Kacey's favorite by far was the rhino pooping, she still talks about it when the word zoo is mentioned.  Good thing she didn't see the 5 legged elephant!

We also took a trip to the Dallas Aquarium, just me and the kids.  It was ok but more frustrating than anything but they did enjoy the otters and penguins.  I took the double stroller and it was too big especially with 18 school groups there...oh and a broken elevator!
Thanks to Crystal we got to go to the Owens farm.  I had forgotten about that place and it was cheap.   Kim came with us too and all of the kids got along, it was great.  Trent fed the goats and it was so cute to see him giggle as they tickled his hand with their tongues.  Kacey wouldn't try but she did pet the horses.  Everyone had fun on the hay ride.
Last week we went to the Dallas zoo to make up for the day it rained on the field trip we accompanied a few weeks ago.  It was the first time I had been on the train ride and it was neat to see animals that you can't see on foot. Sadly, Kacey was sleeping while the rhino peed so we couldn't add to her zoo experience dialogue.

This week I will just be hanging at home and the parks.  Need to save for nursing school.
