Spring Break!

Well I wish it was as good as it sounds.....but....not for me. I have a major test right when I get back and ear surgery tomorrow....so my spring break will consist of study and pain killers. We have been moving and unfortunately haven't gotten internet service figured out. Had big problems with ATT and don't want to go with them but can't find anyone else. I am seriously considering going without till I can find a good one. ATT service stinks and they treated me crappy so I just refuse to give them my business. Any ideas....I am waiting for suddenlink to call me back about their plans??? Unfortunately we don't get verizon or comcast at the new house.

Oh ya I just thought I would add moving stinks!

Happy Anniversary and Belated Valentine to US!

So we finally took the plunge and bought a house. It was supposed to be official today on our anniversary but has been pushed to tomorrow. This is our present to each other and we are so excited to have our own home again.
It is three years today and what a productive three they have been. This will be our second home, 2 kiddos and a year living with my parents.....I just don't know how we squeezed it all in! Busy! Busy! It was a hard decision but we sacrificed size for location.
Oh and another bonus....we are only a mile from DD's new house! The only down side to this home is that they just freshly painted and it is just not my style...so I have to repaint.



Since Kacey doesn't know what a great gift the house is we splurged on a little box of chocolates for Valentine's day.....she only liked the chocolate covered caramel and just took one bite of the others to see if they had caramel if not on the ground they went.

Our little DUDE!

Trent is so much fun. He is smiling and cooing!! It is so cute. The other day my mom had him in the kitchen on his changing table pad and he just smiled and had a long conversation with the cabinets.....I should have gotten it on video. Kacey is loving him especially when he smiles...she is so tickled. He is growing so fast.

Cast be gone!

You wouldn't believe it but they used the cast saw on an 18mo old. Mark and I figured they would have a more gentle, baby friendly way but no....to my surprise they pulled out the saw. WOW...what a workout for me. She bucked, screamed and squirmed like I have never seen before! It was awful. But all worth it....she loves to have her arm back and is being extra dare devilish!
She did get a Dora sticker out of the whole ordeal.

Shoooes Shooooes Shooooes

Kacey still loves shoes and now has started wearing mine. She loves to say shoes all day and emphasize the oooooooooo part of the word. It's so cute! For some reason she always puts hers on the wrong foot...but when she puts mine on she magically gets it right.

Big Sis

Kacey loves being a BIG SISTER! Anytime Trent gets more attention she knows exactly how to get focus back on her! She runs over and gives him kisses....so she looks so sweet and cute that all the attention is reverted back to her....pretty smart if ya ask me! She is so sweet to him when no one is around too. She has been shoving his binky in his mouth for me, trying to pick him up when I leave the room and clobbering him so sweetly with hugs. She's a cuddler!

POOR BABY UPDATE!

So we saw the Dr today and it is a fracture. She got a hard cast on today and it was not fun!!! It took 3 people to hold her down! Mark just feels awful...but accidents happen. She will have it on for 3wks. Poor thing....she hates it and I just can't imagine how heavy and uncomfortable it is for her. The only thing I think she will enjoy is the lack of baths. We can't bathe her as often because it is going to be hard to keep it dry. I know she will pull a bag off....maybe we will try press n seal or something. I am so thankful it's just a fracture....I was thinking the ligaments might be messed up or something. Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers.
