OREO BALLS

Kacey is so funny....she poses for the camera already. When she sees the light for the flash she smiles real big.

I know she is to little for this but I couldn't help myself....until she started chewing on the rubber....gross!

Uncle Tom keeping Kacey warm at Angela and Baranie's soccer game. I didn't realize how cold it was until I got to the park. This was 2 wks ago at Celebration...why is it always colder there???

She really thinks she is playing video games with the big girls. She loves spending time with them....most of the time.

So for anyone that missed it I went to my sister-in-laws and she made some oreo balls. Well she sent me the recipe and here it is. They were so good! Now that I see what's in them of course they are good... check it out.

The recipe for the OREO BALLS is:

1 pkg. oreos (I used double stuff, cause I like them best, but you
can use the regular kind, too)
1 pkg. of cream cheese (8 oz. - I let is get a little soft because
it mixes easier that way)
1 pkg. of white almond bark chocolate (it is usually with the baking
supplies. Basically, you just need white chocolate.
The package I buy is a 24 oz. so if you can't find the
same thing, you could just melt white chocolate chips or
something)

Crush the oreos and then mix the cream cheese in with the oreo
crumbs. It is messy, but I use my hands. Then roll balls and
refrigerate
them for a while.

Melt your white chocolate and then dip the balls and put on wax
paper to harden.

ENJOY!!!
Thank you Lanette for the recipe

Whoa, those sound REALLY good...and fattening! Now's the time for me to live it up though, I guess.

Such cute pictures too. Love the expressions on Kacey's face!
